We created bespoke campaign footage and captured drone footage for Horizon Sea, a new industrial complex created by Qi Feng Capital.

At the time of production, Horizon Sea hadn’t been completed yet, so we recreated and reimagined interiors for future owners of units.

Our in-house team also drew extensive 2D animation that helped illustrate points-of-interest around Horizon Sea, and helped source talent for the shoot.

Video Production Notes

In order to produce a compelling real estate video for Qi Feng’s latest project, Horizon Sea, our production house created different sets to showcase the varying uses of a new unit in Kwun Tong. This included setups that involved a “day for night look”, meaning that our production team had to take care to underexpose the image and light with soft blue tones to give the impression of being shot at a different hour. Our drone pilot also matched the look and feel of the video by shooting Kwun Tong at blue hour, highlighting the beauty of the district just as the city transitions from day to night.
