Over the last few years we’ve created various concepts with our friends at the Michelin Guide. Under their latest series, “Behind the Dish”, we explore the inspirations of brilliant chefs and their creations.
We also continued our collaboration with Towngas and the Michelin Guide, featuring chef Guillaume Gaillot of the Michelin three-starred restaurant Caprice. We took a documentary-style half monochrome approach to the project, which covers education in the kitchen.
