Our video production house spent some time with Guy Bradley, former CEO of Swire Properties, in his last internal address to the company before moving up to become Chairman of John Swire & Sons. Departing from traditional, corporate video formats, our team proposed a series of candid questions from different members of Swire Properties to showcase some of Guy Bradley’s most memorable moments in his career.

15 Questions For…
Capsule48’s production house crafted a tribute to Guy’s time at Swire Properties through a series of questions from friends and collagues. There were questions fielded from some of the youngest members of the staff, as well as questions from many Swire veterans that have worked for years alongside the former CEO, to provide a unique insight into hsi career and character.
The result was a light-hearted piece that showcased characters from every corner of the globe, intertwining some of Swire’s important professional milestones with Guy’s own personal annecdotes.
A Fond Farewell
When Swire Properties approached us to film Guy’s final internal communication video, they were open to a fresh take. Rather than keeping the tone overly corporate, our team went for a more informal but elegant approach, in tune with the diverse and open-minded manner in which Guy has successfully run Swire Properties over his tenure.
